MotorForge keeps the nameplate, live readings, calculated outputs and engineering notes together, so the next review starts with usable evidence rather than re-keyed site notes.

1. 1

   Capture the motor and nameplate

   Record the asset tag, site, location and application. Photograph the nameplate and use AI-assisted extraction to pre-fill visible ratings.

   Verify and add live readings

   Check every extracted nameplate value, then enter clamp-meter phase currents, voltage, measured kW when available, operating hours and tariff.

3. 3

   Review the engineering estimates

   MotorForge estimates loading, phase-current imbalance, annual energy and running cost, then flags motors that merit investigation.

4. 4

   Build the register and report

   Save motor records and dated readings, filter the register, export CSV data and produce a practical audit report with priority opportunities.
